You admit that Holidify does not pre-display screen or approve User Postings, but that Holidify shall possess the right in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or transfer any Person Postings that are available by using the Website or Holidify produced emails, for violating the letter or spirit of those Conditions or for almost every other motive.
